I’m Jessica, founder of Serial Taster. Born in Paris, I am now based in New York City.

I’ve always been passionate about food and hospitality, and the idea for Serial Taster started at a food trade show. After discovering so many incredible innovations, I tasted something that clearly missed the mark. Yet we all praised the two young founders, so proud of what they had built. No one had the courage to tell them the truth. I remember thinking: How could passionate founders have already invested so much time and money without validating their product first?

Serial Taster exists to change that. I want to help brands build products that truly last in an increasingly crowded and fast-moving industry.
